This is my 2014 album, which was created from two now defunct projects that I was creating music for, and I thought it would be such a waste if the music wasn’t finished and put into something brilliant.
The original story behind Blood In The Sand was a Romeo & Juliet style composition, but with an interesting twist, Romeo was an adulterer and the third party killed him, but unable to cope with what he had done, he then killed himself.

The album digressed away from being rigidly stuck to that storyline, but still follows the concept and themes of the initial idea.
Many artists have inspired me
@androidlust and their latest album “Crater, Vol. 1” really have inspired me to free my musical compositions.
Jason Graves, for being the composer behind the great “Tomb Raider” reboot, and completely manages to work so well and create a beautiful audio scene and to paint a picture without words or images.
This album is released as a “Pay whatever you want” album, starting at £4. I’d like to think there are people out there who like my music the way I do, and are willing to buy it so that I can continue to get licences and fresh plugins to keep improving my work. If it’s priced at whatever you want to pay, and you feel like giving more, it is most welcomed.
The reason I do this is to give my fans the chance to support the work I do as an independent musician. I work for myself and a lot of my inspiration comes from personal pain and suffering. Love, romance, hurt, pain, happiness, joy, discouragement, disheartened, unwanted, failure, success and empathy. These are just some of the words that come to mind whenever I think about my music and what it means to me. If someone else can get a similar amount of joy from my soundscapes, that’s why I’m in the business.
I understand that money is tight at the moment, and if you don’t want to buy it, I understand, but I am a starving artist and I would like to get a pressing onto CD as a glass master one day, and also have another photoshoot.
